What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer refund, exchange or store credit for products which are returned, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of receiving. Find our full return policy here.

We are happy to supply a refund (or replacement, where possible) if the product is damaged during the shipping process. The customer is liable for shipping costs. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to a number of different countries in Asia, Europe, and North America as well as New Zealand and Australia. If shipping is not available in your country please flick us an email or message us on social media and we will do what we can!

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on your location. You can find the exact flat rate when you head to checkout. In NZ, standard shipping + tracking number is $7.50.
